"our government doesn't have a revenue problem, they have a spending problem."

that being said, what is a good government response? take more of our hard earned dollars. is it our problem that they can't control their spending? they seem to think so.

let's put this in perspective...

you have a bank account. you withdraw money to go spend on things. you spend on what ever pleases you and one day you notice that there isn't any money in the account. if you were the government your response would be to blame the people putting the money into your account since they clearly can't keep up with you, instead of yourself who has the control of what goes out.

what do they do then? do they stop their spending? of course not, silly! that doesn't make sense. they spend more and more and more and try to figure out ways to get more from us instead of controlling their own spending habits...

yet they complain to the public about the public's lack of ability to control their spending...

oh to be a politician/government official!
